When should I order my Wedding Invitations?

Ideally, your order for Personalised Printed Invitations should be placed 4 months before your wedding. This gives you time to get them printed, addressed and delivered. If you are making them yourself, you should probably allow yourself extra time.

How long will my order for Printed Wedding Invitations take?

We like to have 3-4 weeks, but it can be done sooner if needed.

How much will Wedding Invitations cost?

The cost of Wedding Invitations depend on the style of Invitations and number ordered. We provide quotations prior to you placing your order and can discuss alternatives to suit your budget and requirements.

How many Wedding Invitation do we order?

Prepare a guest list of the people you'd like to invite, including people interstate or overseas who may like to receive an invitation. Allow one invitation per couple or one per family. Eg. 100 guests may only need 40 invitations.

When do we send our Invitations?

Usually two months before the wedding date, although if you're hand delivering or if your wedding falls on a public holiday, we suggest a couple of weeks earlier.

What about the RSVP reply date?

Allow 4 weeks before the wedding. Most reception venues prefer final numbers 2 weeks previous to the wedding, so that gives you two weeks to chase up those late replies.

What else can we order for our Wedding?

Other than invitations, you may also need accessories like reply cards, place cards, thank you cards, bomboniere cards, service covers, bomboniere boxes, cake bags or cake boxes.

Can we make our own Wedding Invitations and Accessories?

Absolutely, with the range of Papers and Accessories we offer, your imagination is the limit. We can also offer some pre-printed Reply Cards, Place Cards, Cake Bags, Cake Boxes, Hymn Sheet Covers and many other items to compliment your choice.

What wording do we use for our Wedding Invitations?

Can our Invitations be printed in another Language?

We have facilities for most languages. As we always show a proof, the possibility of mistakes are remote.

Do I get to check the wording before our Invitations are printed?

Proofs are always shown before we print your order. A Proof is a printout of the wording only and is provided to you to check carefully and ensure all names, dates, addresses and all information to be printed is correct.
